I. University Introduction

深圳理工大学是深圳新成立的一所大学，深圳是一座充满魔力、动力、活力和革新力的城市。学校在中国科学院和广东的支持下，以中国科学院深圳先进技术研究院优质丰厚的科教产教资源为基础，高起点、高水平、高标准、优质建设一流新型研究型大学。深圳理工已建设生命健康学院、合成生物学院、计算机科学与控制工程学院、生物医学工程学院、材料科学与能源工程学院、药学院、算力微电子学院七个学科交叉专业学院;细胞与基因技术研究院、将来农业研究院、AI研究院等前沿技术研究院。

2024年初次招收本科生，共在广东录取物理类考生120人，其中最高录取分数为664分，最低录取分数为624分，最低分数超本科线182分。深圳理工作为新型研究型大学的代表，以革新独特的人才培养模式、弘扬科学家精神和特区精神的校园文化等得到了考生和父母的广泛关注与认同。

Shenzhen University of Advanced Technology is a newly established University at Shenzhen, the power city of industrial innovation and entrepreneurship. Upon an agreement between the Chinese Academy Sciences and the Shenzhen Government, SUAT was initiated and established by the Shenzhen Institute of Advanced Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences.

The Faculty of Life and Health Sciences adheres to the vision of "exploring the mysteries of life and seeking the truth of science". IV. Position Responsibilities

1.全方位主持生命健康学院的教学、科研和有关行政管理工作。

1. Fully preside over the teaching, scientific research, and related administrative management of the Faculty of Life and Health.

2.积极引进国内外高层次人才，培养中年轻人骨干教师，建设一支高水平的教师队伍。

2. Actively introduce high-level talents from home and abroad, cultivate young and middle-aged backbone teachers, and build a high-level faculty team.

3. 探索革新人才培养模式，推进教学与课程体系改革，培养具备革新精神和应用实践能力的专业人才。

3. Explore innovative talent training models, promote the reform of teaching and curriculum systems, and cultivate professional talents with innovative spirit and application practice ability.

4. 拟定进步策略，把握人才培养的进步方向，完善并健全教学、科研管理组织构造和体制。
